Very good points Tony. If no others are absorbed I hope it will be the final commandment.

We always achieve so much more through peace and understanding than we can through war. It builds harmony and community between people who share so much common ground.

Sadly many see their martial art as the one true doctrine, the gospel truth if you will.

And you can't dismiss fighting methods youve got no experience with. But for many talking is so much easier than doing.

The beginner’s mind is a very good concept to keep in mind.

Like I have to remind so many of my students, “Empty your cup.”

One of my favorite quote from Lee dovetails perfectly with your final commandment:

“When you are talking about fighting as it is, with no rules, well then...you better train every part of your body.”

Tony, priceless and lifesaving information as always. Thank you! Like I mentioned in my Blog post, you are an innovator of the arts and as a Self-Defense Coach I am indebted to you, your team and your lifesaving research because it has assisted so many in living a safe life. I WILL BE A SPEAR/PDR Coach very soon! Thanks again.
